Abstract
The interoperability of learning objects is related to the set of factors that e-learning platforms have for the management of these contents, so it is essential to develop OA, taking as reference the models of standards and norms related to content for these resources, from an interoperability perspective of e-learning platforms, currently different technology resources manage, structure and save e-learning content, to be used in a better way. That is why, the process of distribution of e-learning content through the Internet through the use and interaction of a virtual platform is composed of text, graphics, animations, multimedia content, in an orderly way to locate a particular course in a e-learning platform In this study, the components of the SCORM packages were taken as a reference, consisting of a series of modules that monitor progress, punctuation and timing. The creation of digital learning objects with Exelearning, has allowed the incorporation of new activities, as an OA has been mentioned: any resource with a formative intuition, composed of one or several digital elements, described with metadata, that can be reused within An e-learning environment. Therefore, the executing companies in Exelearning and testing the interoperability in CANVAS show that the level of evaluation assessment by experts in 97% acceptance of the interoperability of the LOs, using the SCORM model and the IEEE 1484.12 standard .one.
