The Technological University of Panama (UTP) presents to the scientific community and the general public the first edition of the 2026 edition of the Journal of Technological R&D (RIDTEC), Volume 22, Number 1. Founded in 2002 as an open access (OA) journal, RIDTEC is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal published biannually, with the purpose of disseminating scientific research at UTP. In 2017, with Volume 13, No. 2, it began publication in digital format.

RIDTEC is the leading Panamanian journal for publishing research in the fields of engineering and technology, supporting national and international faculty and researchers in publishing their work.
