The Technological University of Panama (UTP) presents to the scientific community and the general public the second edition of the 2025 issue of the Journal of Technological Research (RIDTEC), Volume 21, Number 2. RIDTEC was founded in 2002 as a double-blind, peer-reviewed open journal (OA) with biannual publications, aiming to disseminate scientific research at UTP. In 2017, with Volume 13, No. 2, it began publishing in digital format.

RIDTEC is the leading Panamanian journal for the publication of research papers in the areas of engineering and technology, supporting national and international professors and researchers in the publication of their work.
