Science, technology and social commitment make it possible to solve the situations of problems in the supply chain of items such as: agricultural inputs, food, fuel, medicines, etc., since the problems generated by the war in Russia and Ukraine have caused intermittency in global supply conditions. Investment in research and development, science, technology and innovation by countries is crucial for sustainable development in all economic, health, energy, technological, logistical, human and social spheres. Rich countries do not invest their economic resources in research and development because they have too much money, but thanks to the fact that they invested in research and development when they were poor countries, today they are developed countries. Knowledge, education, research are intangible assets of great value to societies. All of them make it possible for a country's human development indices to be high and robust. This allows countries to be better prepared to face any adversity.
